Booking Policies
To confirm your reservation
To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the service value is required. This deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from your total on the day of the procedure.
If the deposit is not made, your slot is not confirmed.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Otherwise, the refund (deposit) will not be made.
(Cancellations that violate the rules will incur a cancellation fee, which will be added to your next appointment. The deposit is non-refundable)
Missed appointments without justification
Booking your next visit will require payment of a full amount. Two or more missed appointments, without justification, lead to the client being banned.
Late Arrival
Late arrival of 15 minute will be treated as a "no-show" with respect to the next client.
Zero tolerance for delays. non-refundable deposit.
Refuse Service
Our team has the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately, is intoxicated or whose health may influence the effects of the service.
