BOOKING POLICY & CLIENT AGREEMENT
Please carefully review all booking policies prior to scheduling an appointment with Naturyl Brows. These policies are in place to protect both the client and the business, ensure professionalism, and maintain the quality of all services provided.
By booking, scheduling, or receiving services with Naturyl Brows, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies, terms, conditions, and procedures outlined below.
APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION & DEPOSITS
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service total is required to secure all appointments. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The deposit will be applied toward your final balance on the day of your appointment.
Failure to submit the required deposit may result in automatic cancellation of the appointment request.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling request.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in forfeiture of the deposit and the client will also be responsible for 100% of the scheduled service total.
Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in refusal of future bookings and services at Naturyl Brows.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may require full payment upfront for future bookings or may result in refusal of future appointments.
NO-SHOW POLICY
Clients who fail to arrive to their scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a “no-show.”
No-show appointments result in automatic loss of the deposit and the client will be responsible for 100% of the scheduled service total.
Naturyl Brows reserves the right to require full prepayment for future appointments or deny future services to clients with repeated no-shows.
LATE POLICY
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure the best possible service experience.
Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment depending on scheduling availability.
Late arrivals may result in a modified service, shortened appointment time, or cancellation of the appointment while still forfeiting the deposit.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the time, products, and customized nature of beauty services, all services rendered are final sale and non-refundable.
If there is an issue or concern regarding your service, clients must contact Naturyl Brows within 48 hours of the appointment so the matter may be reviewed and, if appropriate, a correction appointment may be offered.
Refunds will not be issued based on personal preference, change of mind, failure to follow aftercare instructions, or natural lash/brow shedding cycles.
RESULTS DISCLAIMER
Results may vary from client to client depending on skin type, hair condition, natural lash/brow health, lifestyle, medications, hormones, and adherence to aftercare instructions.
Naturyl Brows does not guarantee identical results for every client.
AFTERCARE RESPONSIBILITY
Proper aftercare is essential to maintaining the longevity and quality of your service results. Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided after their appointment.
Failure to follow proper aftercare may affect retention and overall results.
PAYMENT POLICY
Naturyl Brows currently accepts payments via card, cash, Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle.
If you would prefer to pay through Cash App, Venmo or Zelle, please let me know and payment instructions will be provided.

By booking an appointment with Naturyl Brows, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all policies listed above. Naturyl Brows reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice.
